Phase I Of Hudson Piers Complex Reaches Completion In Yonkers

Construction is complete on Phase I of Hudson Piers, a mixed-use development located along the Yonkers’ Downtown Waterfront. Designed by Perkins Eastman Architects and developed by Extell Development Company, the broader campus introduces six new residential buildings with more than 1,100 units ranging from studio to three-bedroom layouts, along with ground-floor retail space. When complete, it will span 20 acres bounded by Alexander Street, Water Grant Street, and Babcock Place. The project is Extell’s first in Westchester and is the final and most expansive addition to Yonkers’ Downtown Waterfront Revitalization initiative.

Review Process Underway for 143-151 Woodworth Avenue in Yonkers, New York

A proposed two-tower residential development may soon become a reality at 143-151 Woodworth Avenue in Yonkers, New York. Designed by INOA Architecture and developed by TCP Realty LLC, the proposed complex recently went through the Zoning Board of Appeals last Wednesday evening at Yonkers City Hall, and is currently under review. The master plan calls for two 32-story structures standing 372 feet tall and yielding approximately 672 units. The site is located along Woodworth Avenue on an interior lot between Lamartine Avenue to the north and Babcock Place to the south.

Miroza Tower Tops Out at 44 Hudson Street In Yonkers

Construction has topped out on Miroza Tower, a 25-story residential building at 44 Hudson Street in Yonkers. Designed by INOA Architecture and developed by Azorim Investment, Development & Construction Co. Ltd., the property will yield 250 rental units and ground-floor commercial space.

Financial Incentives Issued For 325-337 South Broadway In Yonkers

The Yonkers Industrial Development Agency has issued preliminary approval of financial incentives for a new multifamily residential building to be constructed on three adjoining lots located at 325, 335, and 337 South Broadway in Yonkers. The project is being developed by Urban Builders Collaborative, a New York City-based company. When complete, it will yield 185 affordable apartments in studio to three-bedroom configurations.

La Mora Senior Housing Opens At 23 Mulberry Street In Yonkers

Officials from various levels of government joined the Mulford Corporation to celebrate the grand opening of La Mora, a senior housing project at 23 Mulberry Street in Yonkers. The $48 million four-story building features 60 energy-efficient, affordable apartments. It was designed by Perkins Eastman.

Developer Receives Incentives For Affordable Senior Housing Development In Yonkers

MSY Group has received preliminary approval for financial incentives to support a $39.1 million affordable senior housing development project in Yonkers. The development will transform 0.47 acres of vacant land at 221-223 Buena Vista Avenue into a nine-story multi-family residential building designed specifically for seniors.

Titan Real Estate Development Receives Preliminary Approval For $117.7 Million Project In Yonkers

Titan Real Estate Development recently received preliminary approval for financial incentives from the Yonkers IDA to support the construction of a $117.7 million residential development in Yonkers. The project, called Park Square, will be located on a vacant 3.88-acre site bounded by St. Joseph Place, Cavalli Circle, and Vineyard Avenue.

The Yonkers Industrial Development Agency has granted preliminary approval for financial incentives supporting three new mixed-use developments, representing a total private investment of approximately $463.5 million. Among these projects is AMS Acquisitions‘ $306.7 million development at 18 North Broadway in Yonkers. The project will consist of two 25-story residential towers.

The Yonkers IDA has issued preliminary approval for financial incentives for The Parker, a 16-story affordable housing project at 632-636 South Broadway in Yonkers. The $116.2 million project is part of a $174.5 million investment initiative that includes another affordable development, The Abbey on the Park, which will be located at 21-23 Park Avenue. Collectively, both projects are expected to create 410 construction jobs and add 242 new residential units to the local market.
